As C.O.O of Clarke & Humel, she plays a key role in driving operational performance, strategic growth and brand positioning across the business, with a strong focus on aligning people, process, marketing and technology to support long-term commercial outcomes.
With formal training in journalism and a degree grounded in communications and media, Emma combines commercial acumen with a strong understanding of messaging, audience psychology and strategic communication. Her ability to distil complexity and shape narrative has become a defining part of her approach to leadership and business strategy.
Working across both corporate teams and independent agencies within residential, commercial and development sectors has given her a broad perspective on the operational and strategic levers that underpin high-performing businesses.
